Tea wisdom #5 (Taken with instagram)
A little tea crazy

I love tea! And not just the English breakfast type. I use to be a major coffee drinker but mood swings, come downs and all that just made me think that caffeine really isn’t the best thing for me. Caffeine is something that leads very easily to a vicious stimulant cycle that can leave you feeling like on a roller coaster.
I thus went completely de-caff. Since, I’ve been experimenting and discover my love for herbal teas.
The amazing thing with all these is that every plant, or spice has its own medicinal property, whether it is a natural mood buster, or on the other hand helps calm you down, it can ease digestion, or helps your immune system. There so many tastes that every day you can have something different or mix and match.
So in conclusion, whether its hot in winter or iced in summer, tea is a great way to get some goodness in you and take a little brake while doing so. Nature is well made and taste great too!
To get some of your own look in the supermarket or go to pukkaherbs.com they have a great range. If you find a local tea shop get some loose teas.
